LATEST ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE SCOTTISH GOVERNMENT - 4 JANUARY 2021

The First Minister announced yesterday that mainland Scotland will remain in Tier 4 until February 2021 and that the restrictions will be tighter than originally stated.  The key points are:

A legal obligation to stay at home except in exceptional circumstances come into effect from 5 January 2021.  By law, you can only leave your home (or garden) for an essential purpose.

Anybody able to work from home use do so

Outdoor gatherings are restricted to 2 people from 2 households (excludes children under 12 from those households)

The number of non-essential services that will remain open is further restricted 

(eg - ski centres, showrooms of larger retailers, and clinics offering cosmetic and aesthetic procedures will be required to close)

BLAIR ATHOLL IS A VERY SMALL COMMUNITY WITH A HIGH POPULATION OF ELDERLY AND/OR VULNERABLE RESIDENTS

PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL HERE UNLESS IT IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL IE FOR WORK PURPOSES.

WE ARE KEEPING OUR FINGERS CROSSED THAT THE VACCINE NEWS WILL MEAN WE CAN WELCOME YOU BACK IN THE SPRING/SUMMER BUT FOR NOW PLEASE KEEP SAFE AND PROTECT OUR NHS.
